How your order reaches Almaty
Every Kshop order is delivered to Almaty. We buy the item in the Korean store, receive it at our warehouse in Seoul, match it against your order, weigh it and send it by air. The trip usually takes 10–14 business days after purchase.
Sometimes it takes longer because of the carrier or a customs inspection. The order status in your account updates at every stage, so you always know where the parcel is.

Come to the pickup point
135 Zhibek Zholy St., Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00. No ID required.

Pay for shipping
Shipping is charged by the parcel's actual weight and paid on pickup.

Inspect the packaging
Check the parcel on the spot: claims about external damage are accepted only at pickup.
Orders are kept at the pickup point for 14 calendar days — please collect yours within that time.
Can't make it in person?
We'll send the order with a Yandex Go courier: we book the car and you pay for the ride at the service's rate.
If you live in another city in Kazakhstan, we'll send the order by courier at its rate. We'll explain how to pay for the shipping from Korea in that case on WhatsApp.
