Ordering from Korea is easier than it looks

Air shipping depends on the parcel's weight and is calculated once we've bought the item and weighed it in Seoul. Payment is split in two: you pay for the item and the Kshop service fee up front, and the shipping cost when you collect the order in Kazakhstan.

Delivery from Korea to Kazakhstan takes 10–14 business days after we buy the item. It can take longer because of carrier delays or customs inspections.

No. We buy the item in the Korean store — you pay us in tenge. No Korean card is needed.

Yes. The item arrives at our warehouse in Seoul and we send it on to you in Kazakhstan. The store doesn't have to ship abroad — domestic delivery within Korea is enough.

We buy from the same Korean store whose link you sent us. Nothing is swapped: before shipping we match what arrived against your order. Warranty and authenticity are the seller's responsibility — choose official Korean stores and brands.

Once we confirm your order we issue a Kaspi invoice. You pay it in tenge and we start buying the item in Korea right away.

If we can't buy it — it's sold out, discontinued, or the store refuses the sale — we'll tell you and refund that item's price by the same method you paid with, within 14 business days. Only actual non-refundable costs, such as bank fees, are deducted. The full terms are in the public offer.

There is no tracking number: the order status is shown on the order page in your account at kshop.kz and updates at every stage — from payment and purchase to arrival in Kazakhstan and pickup.

No, we don't accept returns. Kshop acts as an intermediary, not a seller: once we've bought the item from the Korean store using your link, it can't be returned to us. If the seller allows returns under its own policy, you can contact it directly — we'll help with the correspondence on request.
